Boneless breasts, light breaded and baked in a light
cream sauce with mushroom and parsley topping.
Breaded in our special seasonings and fried golden brown.
Oven Roasted Chicken
Bone in chicken baked with spices and olive oil.
Juicy with a slight crisp to the outside
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast lightly seasoned and breaded
then pan seared before baking slow to keep the juices in,
then finished with a slice of maple ham, provolone cheese
a dollop of cream sauce and fresh parsley.
Chicken breast lightly covered in Italian bread crumbs,
then sauteed in a butter, lemon, and white wine sauce
and covered with provel cheese and fresh mushrooms.
Breast of chicken, sauteed and covered with
a tangy marinara sauce, provelone cheese
and topped with shredded parmesan cheese and parsley.
Sauteed breast of chicken served with a lemon butter and caper sauce.
Golden Roasted Turkey Breasts
Slow cooked to keep in all the natural juices.
Fried Coconut Shrimp
Butterflied shrimp covered in a sweet coconut batter,
fried to a golden brown and served with a spicy cocktail sauce.
Breaded in a slightly spicy seasoning mix and fried.
Lightly breaded and slow baked chicken breasts
topped with feta cheese crumbles, sun dried
tomatoes and sweet basil.
This meal has great color and flavors!
Chicken breast marinated and then baked slow with soy sauce, pineapple juice, orange juice and brown sugar. Then cooked to juicy perfection, chunks of Pineapple are added to give a sweet island flavor and color. Best served with the juices poured over white rice.

Beef tenderloin, lightly seasoned, seared and then baked
to an internal temperature of 130.
The beef is then sliced to 6oz portions and served in its natural juices.
